No Fail Pie Crust
- 2 1/2 c Sifted Flour
- 1 c Butter
- 1/4 c cold water
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 lg beaten egg
Combine
salt and flour. Cut in butter until it resembles small peas. Mix in water,
vinegar, and beaten egg. Knead and roll out to 1/4” thick. Makes 1 2-crust pie
or 2 1-crust pies.
